The Leaker??

Breitbart says that it's a trusted White House insider:

Pat Caddell joined Stephen K. Bannon on the "Victory Sessions" and told him that National Security Advisor Tom Donilon is likely the source of recent intelligence leaks that have prompted calls for an investigation by Democrat Senator Diane Feinstein.

Of course it was someone on the very inside.  And likely at the direction of The One.  Now the question is when he'll be tossed under the bus, just like Obama's "white grandmother", Reverend Wright and all the others.
