Same day registration

One fact about the Wisconsin election is that the state has a system for same-day registration of voters.  Show up and vote.  Iowahawk had this tweet that summed up the practice:

There's a name for people who register and vote in Wisconsin on the same day. "Chicagoans."

Hugh Hewitt would love that.
