Well, given that electrons provide the means to record and play back events from the past, the Obama-Biden campaign may wish that Edison and Tesla had never been born. The RNC uses the past to slam the current Obama campaign.
In the book 1984, the government was continually re-writing history to suit its aims. Luckily, we still have the ability to go back in time to see what really happened.
